Family with children well suited
First off, rooms were huge, tons of hanging space which is great when you got kids with you. The staff were really accommodating, like when we checked in at that pub, they made sure to get us sorted even with all those Christmas parties going on.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, for the comfort and service, it felt acceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the hot meals at dinner, which were delicious and served quickly after a long day. The kids had a blast in the play area, and we also relaxed in the cozy lounge. Only downside was that the coffee at breakfast could've been better, but it didn’t ruin our experience. ☕

Good stay, but a bit hectic
Had a nice modern family room with a comfy bed and cool bathroom. The adjoining pub was a bonus with plenty of food options. The check-in was chaotic, and we were told breakfast opened at 7, but it was actually 8, which was super frustrating. Not ideal for someone with a disability either.
